Social Responsibility

IPR is committed to ensuring that our working conditions are safe, that our workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that we are environmentally responsible.

Fundamental to these principles is the understanding that in all of our activities that we operate in full compliance with the laws, rules and regulations in any location where we operate. However, we believe that we should go beyond simple legal compliance.

IPR has adopted the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition’s (EICC) code of conduct as our model to use for the advancement of social and environmental responsibility.

This standard outlines five areas of conduct:

Labor

We are committed to upholding the human rights of workers and to treat them with dignity and respect as understood by the international community.

Health & Safety

We recognize that in addition to minimizing the incidence of work-related injury and illness, a safe and healthy work environment enhances the quality of our services, consistency of production and worker retention and morale. We also recognize that ongoing worker input and education is essential to identifying and solving health and safety issues in the workplace.

Environmental

We recognize that environmental responsibility is integral to providing world-class services.

Management System

We have established a management system whose scope is related to the content of the EICC code of conduct.   Our management system ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and customer requirements related to our services, compliance with the EICC code of conduct and identification and mitigation of operational risks related to this code.

In order to meet social responsibilities and to achieve success in the marketplace we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethics including:

  • fair business, advertising and competition
  • protection of identity
